The income is paid at the end of the vacation season in October each year. The right to full use of the apartment is within the contract’s terms, from April through October.
Guaranteed return of 3.45% of the property value without VAT
With this guaranteed income, it is sufficient to enter into a rental contract for 2 consecutive months per year, one of which is July or August. There is an opportunity to enter into a lease contract for up to 5 years. With this option, the owner can use the apartment indefinitely outside the agreed operating period of the management company.

- Within one year, installments are provided without any added cost, and up to 3 years with an increase of 3.6% on the remaining balance.
- Additionally, it is possible to purchase real estate in installments for up to 10 years, with an annual price increase of 6.5% on the remaining balance.
Ownership and rental rights are transferred after payment of the first installment!
Annual Fees and Taxes
Owners of apartments in the complex pay the following annual fees and taxes:
- Maintenance and management fee: 14.50 Euro per square meter of built-up area, excluding 20% VAT. The calculation is made without consideration of common building parts, using the fairest method.
- Annual fee of 215 Euro, excluding 20% VAT, for internet and television connections as well as access card maintenance.
